Illustrations

I am passionate about colors and traditional materials...nothing against digital illustration but what pastels and paper can do is still unrivaled!

THE BEAR.
This is a sketch for an illustration for a brand of t-shirts. The idea was rejected, but I like the drawing all the same. I don't know why I drew this scene, it just came to me...any meaning you see in it is ok.

This drawing is one I am particularly proud of, the logo for  the doll brand "I Mostri di Ila" (Ila's monsters). Ila is a friend of mine and I designed this logo for fun but she adopted it and is now her official one!

BEFANA!! Epiphany in Italy is celebrated with La Befana,
a magical charachter that brings small presents to children
as a reward for the last year and a wish for the new one.
I am really fond of this tradition, it is very much bonded with my childhood.

ILLUSTRATIONS FOR A SCHOOL BOOK
I know Italian Sign Language (LIS).
This is the LIS Sign for "meeting someone"
In 2011 I was approached by a University teacher in Milan, and she asked me to illustrate a school book for deaf students. The images had to be explicative of the exercises but also funny. Here are a few of them!
